Have to say some staff here have absolutely disgusting customer service! One female worker seems to really enjoy lording it over customers and other staff members with stupidity! Im 65 and clearly not underage yet was refused service for not having photo id!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Never again will i shop here even if i have to pay more elsewhere! More training needed Laura!

Tim is hands down the best bottle shop attendant in Sydney. A lot of people could learn a thing or two about customer service from him. Absolute lord.
Staff appear far more interested in having a chat with people rather than serving them. Very nice and friendly. All well and good unless you're hoping just to pay and leave. Waiting in a line of several people at the checkout while a 20 year old discusses the pros and cons of a particular wine with an equally irritating customer, both with too much time on their hands is just plain rude.
