At first I had so much hesitation coming here due to the poor reviews, but I fought through my anxiousness and received quality dentist work, I am so glad I didn't put it off. Simone my dentist was so amazing I definetly will be back for routeen checkups because this place was amazing , professional, great advice and all round good vibes.
I did not have a good experience here at all. Very rushed. Was told I had I could only get fillings even if I wanted whitening or cosmetic work. Inexperienced dentists and the staff did not care. Felt like a number....and very expensive for a Bupa member...whats the point
After several years of avoiding the dentist and not having the need to go, I found my way to Bupa Dental Bourke St. A couple of regular checkups/visits later and I'm happy that I did. Always a pleasant visit and great service and personable staff. Recently had a partial replaced by dentist David. Although a few visit were required, I was advised upfront felt valued and extremely happy with the work completed :)
I came here to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and was looked after by Gina. Honestly I could not have faulted the service from start to finish I was in a lot of pain but she removed my teeth very gently and i will definitely be back for any future dental concerns :)
I had a lovely experience here at Bupa Dental. I was informed of all the costs involved prior to any treatment done on my teeth and the fact I was looked after by two clinicians (the hygenist and the dentist), I felt I was important for the first time as a patient!After feeling not so nervous about going to the dentist, I came back for some fillings. The following day after my appointment I received a call asking how I felt after the treatment. Overall I am very pleased with the care and service provided here. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Bupa! You've made returning to see the dentist not so daunting anymore.
