I recently moved to Sydney and was afraid to change my dentist. However, I was very delighted to choose Dr Keith as my new dentist. He has been very accommodating and very friendly. He also put the time to explain to me what he was doing and listening to what I had to say. And I have to say that the results of my treatment have been fantastic. I would definitely recommend Dr Keith as a great dentist!
I visited 1300SMILES at Waterloo a few months ago and had my first consultation with Dr. Ghaith (Keith). The doctor was very professional and explained what needed to be done and gave me options and recommendations for which teeth we needed to work on first. I have since had two fillings done. The procedures were straightforward and Dr. Keith made it as quick and painless as possible. The rest of the team is also very professional and friendly. Highly recommend the practice and the doctor!
I had a root canal procedure and a crown put in. Dr Ross was amazing. He was so kind, considerate and gentle. He made my experience so much better and my teeth look and feel great. The receptionist and assistant, Suki, was extremely attentive and friendly. She always remembered who I was and made me feel so welcome. I can't recommend their services enough.
I have been using this Smiles dentistry location in Waterloo for several years now. And the current staff are very good. I have had quite a bit of dental work over the years in different locations and I know the difference between good and mediocre dentistry. Ill keep going to this Smiles at Waterloo. The dentist I use is British trained and very thorough. The dental assistants are also very attentive and efficient. Very pleasant atmosphere as soon as you come in the door and welcomed by Suki.
I had the best experience with a dentist with Dr Ross Hughes and the whole staff are really friendly. Dr Ross explained everything very clearly and hes a very good and gentle dentist. I always been scared going to the dentist but Dr Ross always checking in through out the procedures to make sure I am coping and not feeling any pain. 100% recommend.
