Observing the standover technique of the security woman who grabbed a patron by the wrist and through him out without even talking to the chap was unsightly. He seemed to be having a good time as was I up until that point. Otherwise a great atmosphere and well priced drinks.
Went here for comedy night but within a minute of entry one of the bar staff I'm assuming a manger, came down and threatened one of the patrons for being too loud. Then we were told to "stand somewhere else" by the bartender because it would make it too difficult for people to walk past even though the whole bar was completely full???
Seedy dive bar, great tunes, food is deliberatly greasy, booze is great without being pretentiousness, and it trades late with fun staff. If you want to have a late night easy going drink do yourself a favour.
