Wonderful food, attentive and welcoming service. They catered for our desire to try a very regional dish that none of us heard if before by adjusting the portion size and making it available for our table of four to share. Not many restaurants are so accommodating!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. We enjoyed the Gran Tour experience with matching wines. The waiter advised we could swap out dishes except for the oyster if we wanted as they were flexible. We took advantage of this so got to try a few more dishes as we each had a few courses different. The quality and the flavours of the food were impeccable. They even generously gave us a surprise course of duck ravioli! Wait staff were highly professional yet friendly. This was a special occasion for us and they helped make it even more special. Thank you to all the fabulous wait staff and chefs.
Full course meal for reasonable price. Service is good and consistent. Staff are nice and friendly. Maybe needs a little improvement on the pasta quality. Otherwise, good value for money.
Great restaurant with a nice array of food and wine. Florentino is great for a nicer lunch or dinner. I personally like The Cellar Bar, which once was the staff dining area, for lunch. It has a cozier feel with lighter meals. Excellent for coffee and a sweet or for an aperitif.
