I contacted this company as they seemed to have expertise in the area of medical negligence and despite only having a couple of ratings, they were very positive. I would highlight, that I had contacted them in relation to the death of my wife and subsequently sent them a lot of personal information. Following my initial call they said they would get back to me that day, four days later I finally received the call!!! I explained at that point that I run a business and that it is not the way that I do business and therefore, I would appreciate in future is they would get back to me when they say they will. She agreed and was very apologetic stressing that once I provided all of our personal information that she would respond the following day. This was on the 24th September, it is now the 10th October and I have subsequently left two messages and still no call back. Needless to say I will not be doing any business with this organisation and would suggest you learn from my experience and do likewise. The death of my wife might not have been important to them, but it obviously it is me and their lack of interest is nothing short of shameful.
Very professional firm. I am confident the service I receive will result in the outcome I am after.
