I do not want to even give one star. Have been using their pathetic pet portal many times, first time signing up was the most tedious experience, with neither policy number nor email being recognized. The account details then has been updated by my partner (account holder) to have my email as the main one. As an authorized person, I have been able to log in few times to lodge claims and even had an email exchange with BUPA admin. Then, all of a sudden, I have discovered that somehow the account details have been changed back to original email (my partner's, that he hasn't used in ages), but here is the catch-we cannot log in with those details either. Customer service operator in an overseas call center was no help, and spent about a minute saying nothing, I guess, expecting me to figure it all out myself. We will be cancelling this insurance policy, as this is not what we are paying $127 per month for.
The time is short on the wait. They have Chinese staffs. It's convenient to talk about your problem for some Chinese just move to Australia.
They do not provide good service... even four of the consults were free there but no one was attending me. They just visit each other's cabins and do gossips...I recommend all of you to dont visit there... go to another branch...

went here to make a claim once, talked to a couple of staff. one seemed incompetent, and another one was really unpleasant to speak to. after that horrible experience I only go to the one on Collins St
