Amazing florist with the friendlist staff love it
Appalling service. The worst. I rang at 8am to book flowers for my daughter approx half a block away from her. I called twice and the first time they told me the flowers were on their way. The second time they didn't even bother to put the call on hold and I could hear them looking threough bits of paper to find the booking. I wanted 14 minutes before I gave up. I could hear them chatting and disorganised in the background. If they are with Interflora, they ought to get the sack. Just worst customer service I have ever experiednced
I made an order and the payment didn't go through, I wasn't contacted and if I hadn't called it wouldn't not have been delivered. Quite disappointed:(

Went this place on 26th July 2018, just had the time to post a review. Two ladies were at the store when my fiend and I visited this place (around 1pm). The girl with blonde short hair was alright. But the other lady, who might be the manager!? Was pretty rude... She commented on the flowers that we chose 'those ones just don't go together! Won't look nice!' With her eyes almost rolling up.. left my friend and I thinking wth? Could have a better way to say it? Or perhaps with a nicer attitude? Not everyone is a pro floral designer like you are. Overall experience was not pleasant. Won't go back again.
