For my last appointment I had to wait almost an hour and no explanation was given to me by the front desk staff. Doctor said that they were emergency cases and that they had to attend those first. Staff at the lab upstairs were very unfriendly.
This place needs new blood. Some of the doctors working here need to improve their disposition towards patients as they can make you feel very uncomfortable at times. A couple of the front desk people have an attitude and they are not very friendly. On one occasion I was there they were talking about things they had bought that day. You don't do that sort of thing when you are working. It's not very professional.

I always book my appointments here and never have to wait unreasonably long. Just five minutes or so, maybe ten on a slow day.
During my first appointment, Dr Cathy Pell referred me to a psychiatrist, saying that if he approves she will commence my HRT. That psychiatrist wrote back to her saying that he recommends HRT, and stressed that I am more than mature enough to make this choice. I travelled two hours there and back three times, and she has now gone against this and said she does not feel comfortable since I am under 18. She waisted hours of my time, lied and drained me emotionally. Furthermore, she also gave me a diagnosis of Gender Dysphoria and is refusing to treat it.
