I came to the Alexandria store a couple of weeks back, and wanted to say how much I appreciated the customer service. I didn't get her name, but she was a petite Asian or half Asian looking woman. She buzzed around the store making time to give personal service to everyone. She was attentive without being annoying, and had a lovely, calm, positive vibe about her. Well done on the great staff, and I also love my purchases. I'll be back.
