Would NOT recommend. Website said my textbook was in stock, and was to be delivered in 5-7 working days. 8 working days passed, heard nothing from them. Gave them a call only to have them tell me itll take 7 WEEKS to be delivered. Waste of my time, ended up getting full refund. Not even an apology from customer service on the phone!
I placed a textbook when their website show they have the book in stock. However, they actually don't have the book in stock, they need to transport the book from somewhere else.A suggestion, if you need a book in urgent, it is better to confirm with them first, otherwise you don't know how long you need to wait.
Returning to uni and expecting text books to be super expensive. Zookal is by far cheaper than anywhere else Ive found. Fast delivery on my first order, within the 2-3 days. Second order is on back order but they told me that within minutes of placing the order so I could amend if I wanted. I havent and Ill see how long they take. So far, awesome company.
